These Terms and Conditions for using the online store www.moldovita.shop (the "Terms") apply to browsing, placing orders, and purchasing products and services offered by SRL "Aflux-Prim" through www.moldovita.shop (the "Site"), for both individuals and legal entities.

SRL "Aflux-Prim", as the owner of this Site, undertakes to keep confidential the information provided by you when accessing, registering, filling forms, and placing orders.
SRL "Aflux-Prim" reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective upon publication on the Site.

8. ORDER PLACEMENT, DELIVERY, AND PAYMENT
a) Order placement Placing orders on this Site implies explicit acceptance of these Terms. Before order validation, customer identification via personal account may be required.
Orders can be placed 24/24. Operator processing schedule: - Monday–Friday: 08:00 - 17:00; - Saturday: 08:00 - 15:00; - Sunday: non-working day; - public holidays: processing on the next working day.
b) Delivery Delivery method is selected during checkout.
For pickup or courier delivery, you will be contacted by an operator regarding confirmation and delivery details. Delivery terms usually do not exceed 3 business days if the product is in stock.
9. ORDER PAYMENT
After placing an order, you receive an automatic email with the item list, values, delivery method, and total amount. This does not represent final acceptance.
Order status becomes validated only after phone/email confirmation by an operator.
Available payment methods: - cash on delivery/pickup; - direct bank transfer based on proforma invoice; - online card payment (VISA and MASTERCARD) with no additional commission.
Transactions are processed in MDL. Minimum transaction amount is 10 LEI. SRL "Aflux-Prim" does not store card details.
10. RETURN OR EXCHANGE
- Products purchased by individual consumers may be returned to SRL "Aflux-Prim" headquarters; - Refunds are processed no later than 14 days after return request and goods return; - Delivery cost is not refundable; - Return shipping costs are borne by the customer; - Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
IMPORTANT: - returned products must not show signs of use and must be in original packaging; - products must be returned with fiscal receipt/invoice, warranty certificate (if issued), and related documents; - gifts received with products must also be returned.
11. WARRANTY TERMS
Products purchased via www.moldovita.shop are covered by warranty certificates according to applicable law and manufacturer warranty terms.
12. COPYRIGHT
Site content (images, text, files, logo elements, graphics/web design, scripts, software, and other data) is owned by SRL "Aflux-Prim" and/or its suppliers and is protected by intellectual property law.
Commercial use of Site information is allowed only with prior written consent of SRL "Aflux-Prim".
13. DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any dispute will be resolved amicably first; otherwise, jurisdiction belongs to the courts of the Republic of Moldova.
