Warranty

Warranty terms for Moldovița products

1. General provisions

These warranty terms apply to products purchased through our online store and complement our Terms and Conditions. Statutory warranty rights and any manufacturer warranty apply under the laws of the Republic of Moldova and the documents supplied with your order (tax receipt or invoice and warranty certificate, if issued). At delivery you should inspect the goods for completeness and visible damage as described in our delivery information; signing the warranty slip confirms that you have no claims regarding obvious defects at handover.

2. Warranty coverage and exclusions

During the warranty period we will, where the claim is covered, remedy defects by repair, replacement of faulty parts, or—where appropriate—replacement of the product, subject to availability and technical feasibility. The warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, failure to follow assembly or care instructions, accidental damage, unauthorized alteration or repair, normal wear and tear, or force majeure (fire, flooding, etc.). Costs of transport or on-site work may apply as stated in our Terms and Conditions or at order confirmation.

3. How to submit a warranty claim

Contact us using the details on the Contacts page. Please state your order or invoice number, describe the problem, and attach clear photos if they help illustrate the issue. Retain the original packaging and accessories until the claim is closed. We will acknowledge your request and explain the next steps within a reasonable time.
